A new window will open, follow the prompted instructions to remove the Receiver. Go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and Features > Select the Citrix Receiver or Workspace app and click uninstall. Navigate to the downloaded utility and run the Receiver Clean-Up Utility with administrator privileges (by right clicking your mouse and selecting run as admin). Step 5: Delete the files associated with Citrix Workspace to Trash > Empty Trash and restart your Mac to finish the uninstalling of Citrix Workspace on your Mac.
